The Foodtruck trend is spreading across the US!

It seems like Foodtrucks have become a culinary staple in some parts of the US in order of the government's small business revitalization campaign. They give small businesses the chance to cater to their local communities and make first steps in the cooking market without having the burden of extensive financing to start with. This gives a lot of small entrepreneurs with new and innovative ideas to test out their product without too much risk. If the business runs well, you can invest in some more Foodtrucks and eventually open a Brick'n Mortar location.


Especially in Los Angeles, Foodtrucks seem to face a receptive group of clients and have therefore flourished pretty well. I love the idea of meeting up with friends in the summer at one of these Foodtruck stops where everyone finds the meal of their choice and gets great quality food for a good price.
I mean how cool are choices like the Grilled Toast Truck or Maine Cousins Lobster?!

I would love to see this trend swap over the great pond, to provide some new culinary influences in the German food market!
